Hazras Charity Foundation (HCF), as a committed delivery partner to Muslims Aid Australia (MAA International), continues to implement humanitarian and community support projects across Nigeria, particularly focusing on vulnerable households affected by disasters, poverty, and socio-economic hardship. A. Project 1 – Food Pack Support for Flood Victims (Mokwa, Niger State)

Implementation Month: August 2025 Total Beneficiaries: 1,200 flood-affected individuals Project Type: Emergency Humanitarian Response

Background:

Severe flooding in Mokwa Local Government, Niger State displaced hundreds of families, destroyed homes, farmlands, and food supplies. MAA International approved a Food Pack Intervention through HCF to support stranded households.

B. Project 2 – Back to School Student Kits Distribution (Kano & Jigawa States)

To provide basic household and shelter materials to families affected by displacement, fire outbreaks, flooding, or extreme poverty in selected Nigerian communities.
