HCF designed new Project among many that required to be funded, due to the fact that HCF still lack financial strength and with motive, ambition and desire to change the narrative of “Out of School Children” the new Project is titled “ENDING ILLITERACY ON OUT OF SCHOOL CHILDREN” we are still less than 1 year in our existence but our impact in society gives us a large crowd of longer in operation, we are able to change so many narrative on women Leadership role and economic values, Capacity Building and healthcare services.
